Budget craft, some good splashed hulls, poor tube work on all 3 I had ...wouldnt buy another, others seemed to have fared better, my last one had a structural transom failure 2 yrs old and was a boating nightmare

I have recent experience of north craft, I bought a rib with shot tubes but great hull, see my album, at the time I had looked at a rib that had Been retubed .
After deciding to retube my rib, I asked the owner of the newly done one who did it and cost.
He was delighted with his , and I am delighted with mine.
Great to deal with and quality and value too. What I realised is that tubes are hand made and hand fitted ,the boat is hand prepared and so some leeway needs to be allowed for the finished item. All in all a skilled trade well done.
And totally recommended.

I had some end cones replaced by them a loooong time ago on my first boat, no complaints & iirc a very fair price.

Our club boat is a Northcraft and is very good. Well made and handles well. My RIB is a Northshore which Im led to believe was the company name prior to Northcraft. Still on original tubes and no problems here. Believe mine is from 1991 so standing the test of time.

Had a Northcraft previously, great boat with no issues, was always overloaded with divers and kit.
