Well the day finally arrived and strangely I felt nervous and under pressure from the start, gps playing up and after an hour fault finding it was a bad connection to the 3 amp inline fuse, cut out and hard wire into main fuseboard!
Headed out of the piers to be met with lazy swell , champion !! Only one thing on my mind tho and that's what will it do so after little play about and getting used to the handling I took her into the surf , great fun although I think my dad needed a pampers nappy, at one point I had it balanced lovely riding the wave in then spun it round to ride up the next n punch through before it crashed. One thing I'm pleased with is the 36knts I clocked although the tanks looked like they were evaporating haha . After few hours messing about I headed to my Rnli station to see the lads and catch up with a bit banter.
