I believe the Farnes are all owned by the National Trust & no landing by private craft. Could be wrong though?

hi,

I do alot at the farnes, diving and sailing.
You can land on longstone whenever you want but there is two landing jetties, ribs need to use the beach side which is nearest the light house and runs in to a beach. last time i landed on the inner farnes i had to show my NT cards and the lets us on but did not seem happy about using our own boat.

Seahouses is good launching and £30 a day with plenty of campsites and B&Bs close by.

cheers

phil
