Can anybody recommend a good (i.e. cheap) supplier for whole 220 metre reels of 24mm 12 tonne 3 strand white nylon rope? Yes I have googled, and the last one purchased came from the only UK supplier that seems to come up in such a search, it just occurred to me that somebody on here might know a good place to go
also some rope is softer than others and the coil I got from ropesandtwines.com is a bugger to splice because it's so stiff! Used to get it from Lifting and Crane Services till they went all useless and stopped answering emails, theirs was better.
