old avon repair

hello fellow boaters,
I have a 1985 Avon w520 SIB that sprung a water leak, well just bit more. the fabric delaminated from the fibers right under the transom. and my repair keeps peeling up. what are you thoughts for repair. its worked out well for using 3m 5200, siklaflex construction adhesive, and normal hypalon patches.
Im only going 19 knots, and about 2 miles of travel until the repair falls off.

Can you post a picture. I have an 85, 87 and 94 Avon and have done transom repairs.
