As others have said its a good lesson to all. I for one always double check everything, the one time I didn't I had left my jockey wheel down and wrote that off (lesson was learnt then:face palm!!

I have two securings on the rear, the winch and a further vertical tie down off the front eye, and it never moves an inch, which is handy when Im coin a 600 mile trip down into france
