opinions on AVON rover3.1 ?

Ideas as to value ?

If is worth getting to keep me busy . I've got use of a 13ish HP (10GT) shortshaft Johnson.

I've got enought ply in the garage to sort the transom easily and time to fix it .

I used to have one with an 8hp on it and 2 up was fine with this.
