What prop, offset and height did you end up going for? Can't quite see whether the engine is on the transom or up a hole.

Hi Richard, 19" Yamaha Non Ventilated Prop, 3cm offset and a 27" transom height with the 25" XL Yamaha sets the Ventilation plate 2" above the bottom of the transom which is ideal for the Vipermax.
This engine however is the new offshore 4.2litre version and has a differenct gear ratio of 1.75:1 as opposed to the 3.3 litre 250HP which is 2.00:1 so we needed a lower pitch prop to account for this.
