Osprey Ribs UK... Update

For the last few months Osprey Ribs UK has been under the control of Mike Whitham of Whitham Glass Fibre. For those of you who don't know Mike, between Mike and his father Ralph nearly every Osprey hull that has been produced has come out of their facility in Ormskirk. After Ralphs retirment in 2000 Mike has continued to produce the superb Osprey range of Ribs with the same attention to detail and quality that every Osprey Owner has come to expect.

The ospreyribs.co.uk website is currently going through a refurb ! and we plan to go live with the new site at the end of next week.

BTW - Trade Membership is on the way and once our membership is up to date we plan to kick things off with a build thread for a lucky member of RIBnet who has just ordered a Vipermax 7.0 meter so watch this space.

So we are looking forward to having a more proactive presence on RIBnet over the coming months and would like to thank John Kennet and the team for hosting such an excellent resource.

I would also like to take the opportunity to thank all of you that have contributed to Whispers excellent Macmillan appeal and I know that Roys family are very appreciative of the generosity you have all shown. I can also imagine that Roy, whilst being embarrased at all the attention will have a smile on his face.
