Yes decided it's a keeper

Flat out for another year with work so no,time for another build,,
To be honest can not be arsed with all the long nights and hunting haggling parts,, Should of started this game 10 yrs ago. Lol

If it was work then I would do it sensibly 8 hrs a day, my own work is like 15 hrs per day and then some at times

Really pleased with the out come of this and over the last 5 years my profit from sold builds has funded this totally ,, so it's a pressie to one self !

customer of mine did my frame for 50quid and because it was going on salt water he also used a zinc rich primer to make it last a lot longer.

Zinc chromate then architectural powder will suffice

Will give 7 yrs at least if not overly abused

quite impressed really with mine, got a couple of scrapes - worst one is where it got caught with engine hoist when swapping engines, i expected it to start bubbling and need re coating at the end of that season, but it still looks the same now - im putting that down to the decent primer.
