Paint for inside lockers

Hi can anyone recommend a good quality white paint for inside lockers and inside the seat console that won't break the bank? Or do I need to go for International and do it properly..? Also.. my hull looks tatty, never been antifouled and I have cleaned up as best I can with wet n dry g3 etc but it has plenty of scratches and scrapes. Is there a hull paint that I can brush on roller or spray or should I be leaving well alone? CHeers

I would have though International Danbolin would do the job fine, it's not too much more expensive and is pretty good natured when overcoating other paints, I've found.

I would suggest Danbolin too, great value paint and a joy to use - really creamy and easy to apply.
