I have these & fined them very good as leaning posts & for the wife just lift the seat up & she has a comfy perch!
also give good sturdy hand hold for moving around the boat, the fender baskets in the photo have been added as I have no tubes I need them!
they are listed here page 18!

Get in touch with Louie at Mastertrim - they make all sorts of stuff, we've just had a back seat delivered to our dimensions - very good!

Just thought I'd let you know

Just thought I'd let you know that your avatar still says that you have twin 225 optis. As explained in the title of the post you're going for that 300 Verados (my compliments, I love Verados!)

PS
Later in the post someone mentioned that an e-tec 300 would be lighter and better for power to weight. I cannot find any trace of information on this engine. Brp's website has no mention. Incidentally I've never found anything of the Verado 300 either...!

optimax 250 pro xs

Why don´t you try the 250 pro xs.
much and i mean MUCH more power then the 225 opti, and the same three year warranty
I have one now on my revenger 25. It does 110km/h. Goes like a rocket.

Rumour has it that young Richard was very taken by the 9m Ribcraft he went playing in at the boat show

Maybe he might change his mind and get one of them

Cheers

Yes thank you Mr Brooks I did enjoy the ride your skipper gave us at the SBS. He's a top bloke, just sorry I did not get him out on the Thunderbolt. I will have to get you out on mine now and your skipper to return the favour in January.

hmmm I have a feeling it might just be called Nauti Buoy as I believe my old one has been changed to Bad Buoy. Will find out soon as I have a dock to install for it. Naturally I will have to have to take it on an extensive run to ensure it fits on the dock well.

Being totally serious for a change.
Oli is a top skipper, not many 19 year olds you could trust and let loose with a boat like that but I do.
A very mature young man on the water and has my total trust and respect.
Mind you not just mine but that of others too.

Jesus I can see a pay rise coming on

Having the boat down at the show I think worked very very.
Oli had a good number of serious chat about the boat to potential owners.
Not just to normal try a boat punters.
I understand a couple of them said "I want mine just like that"
When it went out or came in I was amazed at the amount of people on the docks just standing watching.

To be honest I ordered the boat without even trying a 9m on the water!!
Had driven lots of small Ribcrafts and also a 10.5m but never a 9!

Not just cos I have one but I have been totally blown away by the 9m.
I know of many others, fun and pro ribbers that I have taken out have said much the same thing.
A few things always come up time and time again, the great ride, comfy, the build and the stainless work!!
Oh how they love the stainless and the grunt of the powerplant.

The Suzi engines are so very quiet and the fuel usage is great to.
Give it a fist full and its like two TVR's bursting into life behind you

Someone asked me the cost the other day and I said just for the engine part I could have got two Ford Focus but hell you can't have this much fun in two Ford Focus

Cheers

With a RIB you don't need to spend, however much that is, to have more fun than two Ford Escorts !!!

I have to confess Jon that when I was there with the family we too just stood and watched ... Lovely looking craft. And you're quite right there is some serious stainless steel on Mickie Bee Dee.

Interesting to read your comments above .. next time the wife is on about a new car I have my excuse lined up.

"Sorry dear, but for the price of your car I can get half the powerplant on the back of that nice yellow rib we saw at the boat show"

Really nice looking boat Jon - you have every reason to be a proud owner.
