UpDate 6/10/2006
Well, just got back after a quick trip to Poland. Thank you Andre for such a fab time and to Paul (Jackeen) for coming along as well, much appreciated.
Andre's set-up in Poland is fabulous, we got a good guided tour of the factory which is just about to be extended for a second time, cool testing Pool for running the engines up on the back of the boats. All the guys there certainly produce a very high standard of workmanship. It was good to see all the various Ribs and Hard boats at various stages in the Production Lines.
Most Impressed!!
Anyway posted some pics up of my new Rib, the first 2 pics are of the same Baltic Hull as mine, but not actually my Rib, as mine was at the next stage, so you get an idea just how stringers/bulkheads there are in the hull.

and some more
The pics don't really do justice to the size. You only realise just how big the Rib is when stood alongside.

Absolutely, very useful having second opinions when you are trying to make important decisions, good to bounce ideas about.

More Pictures
Starting to look more like a rib now, the tubes obviously have still got the D-Fender rubbing strake to go on, plus tread wear patches along the tops, and ropes down the sides. So this will break up the yellow a lot more.

Richard
It is coming up nicely . I hope it is meeting with your expectations. Like you said, once the tube is fitted out with D fender, flat rubbing strake, lifelines and the none slip bum patches it will look more like a rib.
More pictures next week

I would think 1st/2nd week in November, just in time for the more un-predictable winter weather. Bringing it back from Calais by sea, ALL 8 SEATS ARE NOW OCCUPIED!! Looking forward to it.

Thank you, mind you it's good to see the build in various stages, at least I know what is below the deck and quality that has gone into the build. Stage by stage.
