You could go round Brittany in that thing...
Looking good Nauti.
You must be dreaming about it at this stage!!!!
(How about some pink cushions to brighten it all up a bit?)

Dare I ask how much this is all costing?!
Oh BTW, you see those 6 rocker switches on the bottom left (6 of them). I had those on my RIB before and only lasted a few months (rubber seals started to crack)

Often a smear of silicone grease will stop rubber from cracking.....

Nice set of throttle levers Nauti.
Are they standard with those Verado's?

Also works great on rubber hatach seals - I was having trouble with my hatches sticking - yank them open and the seals were pulling away - a good smear of silicone and the problem's solved - bit messy when you are leaning into the console though!!!

Richard,
Just a quick question that comes to mind.
What was your reason for having the passengers behind you ?
I know it gives you a better driving position but RIB charters tend to sit their customers in front with the driver at the rear. I think this would probably give the customer a better view and also feel like more fun.

More Safari style set ups are done that way I found, I also did not really want a rib that was all out commercial looking which that would be, as it will still mainly be used by myself as a leisure rib, hence the sundeck which does not look big but is actually about 6-7' in length.

Your boat will be far better balanced when there is only a few of you wave jumping - the console is nicely forward. Also the sunbed is great because it gives the tubes a much bigger attachment area at the bows and also there is much more bouyency up front if you stuff it!!!

I agree the boat is best laid out as it is. Just wanted to see why an alternate layout was specified to what you see, as the norm on Sea Safari type boats.

Richard
In the picture "front deck" is that the GPS ariel on the starboard side of the console? Whatever it is it's in a prime position for being knocked when your in the rough.
It's funny in the first picture the console looks like it's set back quite a way whereas in one of the others it looks set forward.
Nice looking boat.
Regards
Mark

Hi Mark,
It is rolled up paper pushed into one of the cup holders that are part of the front grab rail.
It is deceiving, as you say in some of the pics the consul looks really forward, but in others it is not. Will have some action shots this weekend as going over on Thursday to have a play can't wait.
regards
Richard
