Parker Baltic 900 with 2 x 275hp Verado's
Well after much deliberation over which rib to buy, I have today placed an order with Andre for a Parker Baltic 900 with twin 275hp Verado's.
Set up will be 8 winged back jockeys behind the consul, front seat integrated into the consul, with huge raised sun pad area in the bow, with storage beneath. (keep the misses happy)
A-Frame with Wakeboard towing point and liferings, with echomax on top, 2 x 220 litre stainless fuel tanks under the deck.
Electronics wise, will have the Smartcraft 5000 system, Garmin 2010c Chart Plotter and Icom 421 VHF.
Will post some photo's when I have some through.

No I am going for the same colour scheme I had on my Ribcraft, Yellow Hull & Tubes with Black Patches on the tubes and Yellow & Black Jockeys. The Yellow is not the really lary yellow.

Thank you, "dump" you referring to Port Solent yes can't wait. Yes I have sold the Ribcraft, bought it only as a stop gap till I decided what I wanted to go to next, was a superb rib.

Can't wait to see the pics. Should be awesome.
There are a few big advantages to a sunbed area in the bow that not everyone realises - much large area for the tubes to be attached to and massive increase of bouyancy - both very handy if you stuff it!!!

About 5 weeks time, collecting it from Calais and bringing it back across.

One of the great things about these engines is that they are pre run in, fast out of the box..

We are delighted that Richard has selected our Parker 900Baltic. It is no doubt one of the best 9 mtr hulls available on the market today.
I now understand why Richard enjoyed 12 rides on our 9 mtr Parker Baltic at Ribex. He even crewed for me on the last ride. If I had known he was in the market for such big rib I would have even taken him out on a special trip and given him the helm . Just shows how important it is at boat shows on the water to give as many rides as it is possible cos you just never know
We will be sending Richard photos of the manufacturing progress and no doubt he will be wanting to share these with fellow members

Sorry to tell but the verado engines have a lot of problems here in Norway, i know of 3-4 broken compressors, 3-4 broken gear cases and 1 engine that keeps stopping, the dealer cant find any fault with the enginens as it seems to start after 2-3 hours and operates normal for 10-20 hours before it stops.
It's a shame beacause it's a fantastic engine and yes i have a 250 Verado my self, no problems yet but its only been operated for 15 hours

Parker 900 RS
Bought the 900 RS in june with 2x275 Verado. Nice boat but dissapointed with the performance as delivered.57 knots with 10 pers at 6300 rpm. Also very unstable at around 50 kn. Possible to run through it but feels strange. Seems to be wrong propellers-Vensura 23". Will try 26" Bravo One this weekend and raise the engines. No help from the dealer here in Sweden."-You must use the trim..." Hu? Should have bought the Ring 9,5 m that Petrov offered...
