PBL2 in North West Cumbria

I really need to get my powerboat level 2 done and dusted but am struggling to find somewhere locally to do it. I am based about 10 mins from Whitehaven but there doesn't seem to be anybody offering courses around here with coastal endorsement. I can do a lake based course near by but that falls short of what I'm after. Anybody know any friendly instructors or schools/centres in the area? If need be I can provide the boat even.
