It's a Techno 40 called 'Eraser II'. The guys who own it post here occasionally as 'Techno 40'! It's a Fabio Buzzi 40 footer with 2 x 750hp Seatek diesels. Wow!

Thanks Louise. We were anchored in Alum Bay...it went towards the Western approaches at amazing speed about 1/2 nm away from where we were, the was a strange noise and it disappeared into a different dimension.

For the RIBs, look on the BIBOA website http://www.biboa.com/slides.htm . You can scroll through all the boats. www.extremeboat.com also has loads of racing info.

Mikey, I am interested, thanks for the update.

I can fill in the blanks in my photo collection so that I know who is in what. Superb boats all of them.

It hasn't been raced for a little while!

Dave Cockman was the last owner, and I think he has just sold it.
Not sure who has it now
