If you look around the marina, especially near chandleries you should find some nice bits of cardboard in the bins. A few bits of that on the foredeck and your oilies and you'll be set.

Thats what I do anyway. Or did. Then I bought a 35ft mobo.

Hi, the lack of accommodation bodes well for a busy weekend!!

Our accommodation list is here - http://www.powerboat-training-uk.co....y%20(2008).pdf

If nothing there works out try Pooletourism.com or bournemouth.co.uk

You tend to find that B&Bs & hotels on busy weekends will only accept two nights or more until they get closer to the day then suddenly that elusive saturday stay becomes available. If you get really stuck give our Office a call and Viv or Esther will see what they can do.

I guarantee you will find somewhere as we've never had problem. Have fun!

Regards, Paul

Poole - sorted!!

Much appreciated responses folks, now booked rooms in Weymouth and stopping at the Marina there instead. Not been before so looking forward to the trip and cardboard village avoided! Anyone outbound from the Solent, planning Hurst Point at HW Sat!
