Who and on what channel do I need to call to cross the channel to gun wharf quays.

You call QHM on ch 11.
You have to cross between Ballast Buoy and the entrance to Gunwharf.

CH11 call QHM (Queens Harbour Master)and ask permission to cross from ballast to Gun Wharf. Once permission given cross from North of Ballast Pile at right angle across main channel.
