pressure relief valve.
Monday morning i will be making various phone calls to different companies and suppliers trying to find out about pressure relief valves, if there are units out there that can be installed into the existing housing, i'm unsure what type of valves are used on mine (rib in Anglesey) so i would be gratefull for any info / advise out there, i think there was a thread on last year but things chang over time once again any help will be greatly appreciated.
regards....Shaun.......

I would have thought that all Ribquest boats have pressure release valves fitted as standard.
This company used to make the tubes for Ribquest they were in Leyland but have now moved to Middleton, Manchester. Give them a ring they will know what valves have been fitted to your tubes.

I would have thought that your tube will be fitted with Leafield C7 inflation valves as standard.
If you want to fit Pressure relief valves then the A6 Leafield valve is the best option, they will require a new hole to be cut as they are independent of the C7.
I have only ever used Leafield valves so couldn't tell you if there is any other make which incorporates a pressure relief in the inflation valve.

I rang leafield recently about pressure valves as I have none in mine and there is nothing to swap its a separate valve you have to fit
I did change a C7 today as I broke the cap last week that easy enough to do

saturday was great, saturday morning i took my dad to see all the sea birds at south stack, then sat evening we ended up seeing dolphins again near the skerries - but only after we got caught in the tidal race near carmel head, kels hands are still sore after clinging on for grim death!

Very few of the Ribquests we tubed at Eurocraft were fitted with PRVs.
It is a simple job to fit them but does involve cutting a hole into your tubes.
Leafield A6 is the best one to fit.
Eurocraft at Middleton aren't doing this sort of work, hence the reason I have set up after leaving Eurocraft.
