I think these could potentially do well as super yacht tenders, where they can be recharged on board. Great from a safety point of view with no petrol, given some of these tenders are stored inside the yacht, not on deck.

Otherwise, not really mass market given purchase costs are prohibitive.

Agree with Poly to a point about sailing schools where overall range and top speed are not essential, but that's still a chunk of cash given it's a support boat.
