Not Mine just saw it,
Rib Speed Boat With 75 Yamaha Engine | eBay
What are peoples general opinion about taking on a project like this?
Far to easy to get carried away and spend the wedding money me thinks...

I suppose it depends on what you want at the end.
- A nice RIB
- The fun and satisfaction of doing the work.
- A cheap RIB.
I reckon you could end up with achiving the first two. But perhaps to do all three you should just build one from scratch.

Looking at the name on the tube I thought it was an early Tornado.

Indeed - I missed that, the console was sooo Humberesque. So it's probably PU tubes as well then? Either way, I'd be running quite quickly at this point
