Prop size and top speed

Hi

Any ideas on which prop size would best suit a Tornado 6.5m with a Yamaha 115 V4 2 stroke engine?

And what top speed one can expect?

Thanks!

What prop have you currently got on it?
With the boat correctly trimmed & carrying its normal load what's your current Wide Open Throttle speed?
What is the WOT rpm?
Does that fall within the engine manufacturer's recommended WOT range?

Its pretty easy to put your prop pitch, gear ratio and max rpm into a prop calculator to find what sort of speed you can expect from any given prop and engine https://www.mercuryracing.com/propel...alculator.html
