Protectakote.

Has anyone here used this? is it any good? it seems to give quite a thick layer which may cover the old non slip i am struggling to remove without damaging the underlying gelcoat. is it easy to keep clean?
at £75 for enough to do the searider deck its probably as cheap as flowcoat and i may not need to prepair the surface as carefully?

I doubt it. You can get a 25kg drum of resin for under 40 quid and you'll not need more that a few kgs of it.

I've used it on my 4 m searider it seemed ok you can get two types one is UV resistant, easy to apply in two coats, first coat looks a little bare second coat sorts it out, if you damage the finsh rub down and recoat

just keep stirring it (I used two pots and tipped it from one to the other evey couple of mins to)

I did the deck of my Ribtec early summer, easy to apply, hides imperfections well and it seems very hard wearing (so far). 2.5l just did a 5.85 boat.
