Pump with pressure gauge

Anyone know if a pump exists with a built-in pressure gauge? I know you can get them for bicycles but am REALLY hoping someone's seen/got one for us ribbers. Wasn't such a big deal with the Cobra (could guesstimate) but with the Thundercat I want to be more accurate
