PVC tube care

Hi all. I leave my rib in the water most of the summer. The rear of the tubes sit in the water, and get pretty hairy and mucky. The hull is antifouled and fine, but I could do with finding something good to treat the tubes. Any good ideas?

Polymarine.com do an Antifoul for tubes but not sure if it's suitable for PVC.
