There was a mention here a few weeks ago about a Court case at Salisbury Crown Court where a finding was made to the effect that the driver of a PWC s in fact the Master of a Vessel ?
Does anyone have any further details of the exact date and place of the court case or other details of the case or links to press reports?
I carry out quite a few fast craft accident investigations here in Ireland each year.
Irish Law is based historically on British Law. While the two legal systems are now seperate and unrelated, because of their shared heritage, UK case law is considered and given credence here in Ireland - hence my interest.
