Quality hull drain?

The current hull drain on my RIB is similar to that pictured below i.e. cheapy plastic! I know these are common and work okay, but the threads on my plug are not in great condition and I would like to replace the whole assembly with something of better quality. I’ve been searching on the web for options (I would like something similar in stainless steel ideally), but haven’t found anything much better than what I have now.

Can anyone recommend something decent (even if just a really good quality plastic product) or a possible source?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Will one of these do? The metal drain bung is a little pricy but very good.

These are pretty good:

They are also available in stainless - I bought one off the seller a couple of years ago, but he doesn't seem to have them listed at the moment. May be worth contacting him to ask?
Alternatively, I believe Ribcraft stock the stainless versions.

the best quality and designed bung you can get comes from cquip, better by far than the others posted, made of 316 cast stainless it unscrews once to drain and then pull it out a little way and unscrew it again to remove

Thanks for the replies - very helpful

The Ribshop item looks good, but a yes it's a little pricey

The eBay guy said he will probably have some stainless steel ones in approx 3 weeks.

C.Quip don't seem to have any products on their web site currently. I will give them a call tomorrow to get some details.

Much appreciated.
