question on tube cushions

Hi folks,
I am trying to restore (to some degree) a rib that I recently bought. I figured out most of what I need to do, but I thought I would consult with the group on more item.
The tube has what looks like cushion mats (please see picture) and they are faded. Any idea on what I can either glue on top or somehow restore them?
Any help would highly be appreciated. The tube is hypolyn.

Thanks,

Looks like wear patches. All sorts of options, look on henshaw or eBay for tube Wear patches

The anti slip/wear matting is available from quite a few online stores (IBS marine store). The proper way to do it would be to remove the matting and glue with a heat gun and or acetone (but not at the same time..very flammable)
But if the patches are well stuck down it will be a big job I would be tempted to use rib boat paint...again widely available.Just put a masking tape boarder around each patch and bobs your uncle.
