I would have loved to have the teak decking but where do you stop.

Sounds great Roy!
It is interesting that you have gone for white seats with coloured piping - I thought it was just me! Having experienced some dark blue vinyl on my last boat (before my wife and I redesigned the seating and re-upholstered it) I think that your decision to keep the seats white is a well-considered one. Dark colours really do absorb the heat!
I think that the teak decking looks great but I wonder how safe it would be in the rain, when the deck is wet? I do think that it could be a bit "poser-ish" though so probably best off without it!
Regards,
Chris.

I am also pleased to note that the Scorpion "flies" straight and true - and doesn't hurt when it lands!
I can't wait !!!

To tab or not to tab.......
Fantastic choices-getting near to the point of order myself....
Why is that only Scorpions seem to have trim tabs? Most other Ribs in the 7-8.5m world seem to be happy without them?

in search of perfection...
Scorpions are happy without them, I should know!
Ask yourself why BMW M3 and Nissan Skyline GTR owners spend so much on tuning...

Hi Chris
I have had the jockey seats plain navy blue the back rests are white and blue,so is the back seat etc its just that i had a avon with white seats and over the two years that we had it, the scuffing from the thigh area due to the cordorba wear patchs on the weather profs made it look old before its time.

Hello Roy,
I am surprised that you had this sort of experience after just two years.
Hopefully, the ride on the Scorpion is such that everything will wear less. Let's hope so!
Cheers!
Chris.
