Just called the RYA and spoke to Debbie Francis and the minimum age is 16 years of age - this applies to class III 2.0 litre and Formula 2 RIBs.

Tim is VERY scary staff

Roumors have it that Cookee does the medical test (here an old photo during testing) and it includes the following:

Blood sample
Urine sample
Chest X-rays
Heart fatigue test
General fitness test
more blood sample
more urine sample

Hemorrhoid examination (which is the MOOOOST scariest of all) - Due to explicit nature of this test no photo availiable

Are you up for it

You do have to provide a sample but they don't take blood or anything!

Reflex's, balance, eyesight, diabetes, - just the normal sort of stuff, will try and get a more detailed answer for you tomorrow.

More good news!

One of my sponsors has offered a weeks free valet parking at Gatwick Airport (www.parkinggatwick.com) to the lucky person who pledges the largest amount (there are some limitations as to the dates) - Any advance on £400?

ps. if anyone else wants to chip in a little something for the poor bruised battered sole - sorry I mean lucky winner! feel free to send me a message!

Yore avin a larf.

Well it is her Birthday next week...

Reminds me of the guy who bought his wife some diamond earrings and a Mercedes for her Birthday. When asked why two presents, the guy explained that if his wife didn't like the earrings she could jump in the Merc and take them back.

I'm getting Mrs W some flip flops and a vibrator, so if she doesn't like the flip flops she can go .... .......

Hi Fi - It was my pleasure talking to you this weekend - look forward to meeting you in person - maybe in Cardiff?!

Medical forms are in the post - should be able to scan the pages in tomorrow - then you'll all know what you're in for if you "win"!
