Try Olmec tubing in Modbury in Devon. They are very good but don't know if they can do Tornados as they are Polydoda tubes, they may be able to make them in Hypalon.

I would imagine the cost wwouldn't be more than 2k, maybe less

Tornado re tubing quote

I have forwarded you a PM with a quotation for re tubing the Tornado 5.3 metre. The original tubes would have been in PU fabric whereas the new tubes will be in Hypalon coated fabric.

We would be pleased to assist

You could try South East Marine Services in Basildon. Tel no 01268 534427. They are currently retubing my 5.0mtr Tornado in heavy duty Hypalon. Cost is just over 2k.

Re-tubing

A friend of mine with a 1990 Tornado / poly tubes suffering from seam leaks and seperation had re-tube by Henshaws using Hypalon. Result was fantastic ! Looks like new ( but better ) Cost circa £2300 and no extras for " repair to hull flanges" / no need to remove ancilliaries as some suppliers. Excellent job and well worth recommending.
