registering a plb

did my vhf course yesterday and the guy was telling me I need to register my plb with Falmouth coast guard .ok but rather than ringing them during the week as ill probably forget what with work ect is there anywhere online I can register it today .I have searched but just keep getting gov pages with advice and requirements no actual registration page.

The apperently update the database (the important bit) very quickly, so the unit is registered just takes a good while to send the paperwork out
