rent a rib in Oban

We are travelling to near Oban for a week's holiday tomorrow (1 Oct) and one the coils on our Mariner 90m optimax has gone. Would anyone have one for sale or be able to "rent" us theirs for a week - we are happy to pay a good price.

Alternatively, does anyone have a rib to rent - around the 6m mark and to seat 4 people - for all or part of next week? I have an advanced powerboat certificate and am on the Lifeboat crew so it will be well looked after.

Andrew, for someone to rent you a rib it would need to be commercially coded. The only coded bareboat I am aware of in the area is a bit bigger than you were looking for and accordingly I suspect more than what you suggest is a "good price".
