Repair materials

Goodday all, I am based in Cyprus, and need some advice as to how and where I can purchase PVV material (Red) and the glue required to do repairs ETC. I also need to install a shade canopy (Binminy ?) and need the relevant fittings.
Our Local Ministry of marine affairs insists on Oar locks but Excel advised me that aRIB as large as the 535 is too big for oar locks.
