Welcome to the forum.

There are a number of Zodiac dealers in the BC area. So you know, new Zodiac tube sets aren't exactly cheap, so it could be the existing collar can be repaired and refurbished. A new tube can transform the boat, so if the hull is great shape, that could be the way to go.

The hull is in great shape. repainted it will look as new. The pontoons tho are old and have been repaired many times. It is thin and rotted in spots so unrepairable. I only paid 100$ for it so a new collar/pontoons if not too expensive is what I want to do.

Expensive is a relative term in boats, and especially with ribs.

New or used tubes aren't going to be cheap.

Good luck.

Don't repaint the hull. I'm assuming it doesn't have anti-foul? To refurbish, flip the hull over onto old tyres. Lightly sand using medium to fine grade 3M wet and dry paper and use a little detergent to lube and wash off residue as you work. Fill any imperfections with gelcoat filler, etc. Then mop the whole thing down with machine polisher and cutting compound such as Farcla or Mezerna taking care not to overheat the glass-fibre gel-coat in one section. You can use a wax to finish off.

Any pictures of this boat?
