Depends if you mean just the foam or complete finished cushion ??
I was starting from scratch so i bought foam from GB foam ,you can go on their site and put the relevant dimensions into their pattern (i think i used bull nosed ) select foam type and they will laser cut to perfection for you ,if you say its for a jockey seat i think they do several for manufacturers so they know exactly what you need
I then bought marine ply and cut to base and then used stainless staples over silvertex fabric i bought online ,
Not perfect i know but i had,nt done sewing since junior school so was fairly pleased !

Like the above I made base's out of marine ply but I had mine done by an upholsterers...two seat's and long backrest cost £300 backrest not pictured. Where in the country do you live?

I use CC&B In fairlie quay, they have done several rib seats for me. I just supply a correctly shaped baseboard of well sealed wbp ply which is ample for seats & tell them what height & shape cushion I want & they always do a good job.

Ive got the dimensions of the old seat .. I was just hoping I could buy a direct whole replacement .. its just a single Jockey but its suffered some 'heavy diver ass' for some years plus my 16 stones thereafter .. could they supply me a complete unit ? I should give them a call ..

Iirc they did a pair for me that I dropped off & thought the bases were in good nick but one was rotten when they stripped it & they just made one to suit. I'd imagine they would work to your dimensions. They are a real nice couple who live on their boat in largs always been very good with stuff for me
