Replacing hull drain fittings

I get a bit of water collecting the hull, its freshwater (did a taste test!) but I haven’t worked out where its getting in. I have 3 drain plugs in the well at the back and they’re always a real pain to unscrew. O rings look ok but for the low cost of the drain fittings I’m going to replace them.

Presumably they just go in with a bit of sikaflex to seat/seal them?

RIBase
If it’s fresh it could be rain or condensation!

Rainwater gets everywhere. Especially when the boat is on land.
