Looks like a nice Med boat. It seems more like a hard boat with a tube around it!

Can't see that A'frame lasting in UK waters.

What's the price?

Would still prefer a Scorpion.

nice looking rib i bet its over £100,000 and they still make the byer look stupid when he puts up his egypitian tent up.

scoripon rule revenger drool

they even placed a fire extinguisher next to the windlass for when the wiring catches on fire.

Agree with the view that its a pretty boat for floating around a pretty sea but in comparison give me a £100k scorpion everyday for use in British waters, it will last better and I would argue keep the crew better too....

I would expect that boat to be well over the £100 k mark and thats getting into Scorpion Cabin Rib territory, and that is a very serious bit of kit.

I've been wondering about this also - at what point do the tubes become a fancy wrap around fender and fashion accessory? Not that that isn't a sufficient reason to have them.....

Is there point at which the volume, depth and weight of the main hull, compared with the volume and depth of the tubes makes the effect of the tubes relatively minor? or is there a benefit to having outboard boyancy even if you are a relatively big craft?

Perhaps this links in with another current thread on here where the discussion is ongoing about what tubes do and whether they should be in and out of the water at various stages of operation. If the tube does nothing when the boat is stationary then does it need to have them? I don't know................

Yes they propbably are linked, but that discussion is more about drag. I assume that in heavy weather, the cushioning and stabilising effect of the tubes is similar whether they are just clear of the water or trailing in the water - thats when a few kn of speed isn't too much of a concern. (Well at least to me its not.)
For the bigger hulls, a tube would have to be huge to be in the water - or the boat to have little freeboard.

fantastic piece of kit

you wouldn't buy one for the North Sea but it looks perfect for the Med if you prefer a rib to a hardboat

a bimini might not look that good but it is absolutely essential ;in Nice this summer we had 37 -38 degrees reguarly and not only you but kids will fry if you can't get shade

the revengers sea keeping should also allow for a decent cruise offshore -Corsica perhaps?

I have made this comment about many new RIBs out there but the tubes on this one are almost in contact at the back - more so than many others. Also they carry on right around the bow - again unlike many other so called RIBs.

With Revengers experience and awesome hulls it should be something special.
