Rhyl marine/harbour..do's/don'ts....

High tides on the Wirral next week and was thinking of going into Rhyl marina..anyone any experiences of the area...obstructions etc...its only a quick jolly so plan to be in Rhyl for an hour or so. Does the harbour dry out? Ta for any help ..Nik
