Ri 2013

This is a question to those that took part in the RI event or have exerpance regarding any such endurance event. Do you think that your personal fitness was at a high enough level at the start of the event? and if you were doing it again would you carry out some type of phyisical training for this event?

Thats a very valid question TSM

I would say that it would be very beneficial due to the many hours pounding on your legs back and neck and core muscles if you encounter rough weather and there's always a good chance of that.

If I was going to partake in something like RI I personally would take on some kind of circuit training and muscle strengthening training program on before hand. Being fit has got to be an added bonus physically and mentally.
