Nice pics, no lifejacket or kill cord worn though ..LOL... Have sunseeker donated yet ? Could be some good PR for them, go see em at the show. Or what about Landrover for some sponsership, maybe move the boat along to the landrover stand for a while and hook it up to the nice defender on show.

I can't get Ben  I'm gutted, really gutted. He was just over the bridge but in the end his people said that it would be a conflict of interest, I was so close, but sadly the answer is no. I could have pushed it but I've never pushed anyone for any money or any help for any of our projects.
Ben dose the best he can for his chosen charity and I do the best for ours.
I will never understand the politics behind all this, I've never raised any money before.

I wrote that word for word, I did post it on here, this was the style I had been advised to write it in.
It was a very quick last minute thing before it went to print. We we're very lucky to get it in and they must have moved things around for us.
Hardly any of the many stories we've had written about us in other papers mention Ribnet. Even though in the interviews I mention it in every other word.
I really have gone past worrying about it, they will write whatever they want anyway.
All the info of what we did is on here and on the ebay advert.
Believe me, I have made sure that everyone knows about us here and done my best to get our auction in the national press.

On the other hand why should they ? My understanding is the "company" that is Ribnet haven't contributed to the build or donated, the forum members have. They are already getting a lot of publicity out of it as it is, which others have received either by hard graft or donations.
