Cool thanks for the PM re collection, I'll take some pics later for you, got the Aframe, VHF arial and nav lights all here in sunny Swindon
Only thing is that I wish I had removed the Ali plate from the front that has the round hatch fitted to it, could be an ideal place the laser cut name

It's more than likely going to be this weekend, the 2nd & 3rd November....
But as we move on there is going to be less and less things for people to do however there is still is:
Polishing Stainless steel (which you'll need to be confident/competent to work with a floor mounted polishing machine).
Polishing the console, GRP repairs and more polishing the console.
The deck paint needs to be removed and prepped ready for the non-slip flow.
The final flow will probably be done by Biffer the following week.
Absolutely no problem in people coming to watch and learn but hands on stuff may be limited.
However, if we have the donor Rib by then there will be more stuff to play with

Nugent
Had an idea for the Laser name above the hatch on the Ali Plate? The trouble is I left it at biffers...
There is also a possibility where the black pressure plate is screwed on the helm, but I am not sure if this would be considered as butchery by the SR fans

Hi Nugent
Here's the pics of the A Frame:
We have removed the two flashing lights from the top centre so these 4 holes that go straight through and cabling are no longer required.
One of the arial mounts is bent and not really required.
I don't know why the mod do this but the nav lights seem really high on the brackets?
One of the cables that come out the bottom with the plug on is for the strobe lights so it's also not required, but the hole could be used to feed the arial cable down inside the A Frame as they are normally rip tied down the outside.
Regarding the colour it's a different colour to the hull anyway as the hull is a couple of shades lighter so I think what ever you do will be ok with us
I have the A Frame, brackets and arial all here ready for collection as per our PMs.
Awesome dude, thanks so much for this and do whatever you want to do with it
Have to get it out of the kitchen before Mrs W finds it

It's so you can get to the toggle on back of lights, there removed in seconds by this lever,,
Pick a colour it's done grey or black possibly silver?
Can match to grey best as possible to keep it mod spec !

Although black is very tempting I think match grey best as possible to keep it mod spec

I was thinking about a plaque for the donors. I wonder if maybe a bound type of book with the build pics and names entered into it. To go with the boat when sold. If it was maybe pamphlet style maybe more than one could be produced. Just some ideas bouncing around in my grey matter
