So, I left the house this morning at 7, with everything listed in the car and cash in my pocket for the payment. Got 80 miles into journey, stopped for loo and drink only to find left wallet at home, no cards, cash or coins except for boat money. And I need fuel for journey home!!

Found euros in my other wallet which I luckily found in a bag I took with me, so stopped at a bank on the way to change to £. No bank card no can do, sorry sir! A very nice, not to mention gorgeous young lady called Jennifer listened to my plight, not a mention of the boat, Macmillan or anything, and offered to put the transaction through on her card :thumbs :-)

So thank you Jennifer, I don't think you know how much of a help that actually was.
