Hi Matt, here are a couple of pictures of the switch plate, ignore the lefthand switch as it was added in at some stage to switch a strobe light that has since been removed.

From memory the volt meter isn't that good as you can hardly see through the glass.

When new the switch would have had a waterproof sleeve on the stalk but these have perished at the bottom.

An update from Henshaw's....

The deck is covered in cardboard to protect biffer's awesome deck work.

Next the transom cap is unscrewed and all the other tube retaining straps are removed.

Using a heat gun the glue is carefully softened and the tubes are carefully removed so that they can be restored by the Henshaw Team at a later date So everything needs to be saved.

With the tubes removed the flange is checked to make sure it's in good condition and it's great news, our boat is in great shape and very strong

If there had been any splits or movement then the flange would have to be rebuilt as RIBs can split where the hull meets the flange towards the transom. Always worth looking at these areas when buying a RIB

Now all the old glue has to be removed, this is scraped away or removed by a rotary nylon brush which is air powered...

This is a time consuming job but it has to be done to prepare the surface for the primer...

The Flange is primed with a Bostik 9252 primer, they always use this primer as it helps improve the adhesion

So far this work has taken about two days and the Team are under no pressure at all by Chris to get the job done as their only target is to get the job right

The workshop that you can see in the background in these photos represents about 15% of the total space a Henshaw's this is a very impressive environment

I have exactly the same voltmeter on mine and it was in exactly the same condition but it's easy to remove, gently take apart, clean and comes up almost like new...

Our tubes are being hand crafted, the small webbing tab has been sewn on and the parts that attach the transom flange to the tubes are being measured and trimmed to size...

Just look at that hull you can really start to see how everybody that has worked on this rib has really pulled out all the stops

We found some numbers written in pen that we wanted to document, these were:

5.4 0007 or could it be 5.40 007

Thats all the pics I have today
