Heard from Chris at Henshaws today and our baby is coming back early part of next week, I'll have to clear a nice warm little spot for it

No all done. It's got company in there. I'll probably move the tornado over so the mac rib and the parts are on the same side. Have to work out what parts are missing and have a recap on build schedule

Need that outboard serviced!
And need to see if it will fit back on using the same bolt holes, I am sure me an Alex were just too knack weed to make it fit right when we tried.
It should just bolt straight on without needing new holes, no?

It will go back in the same holes, Neil, as for the outboard service, I'm not pushing anyone into doing stuff for nothing, we had a guy on the hook but he's gone quite, I have two other offers, we will get the engine clean and rig it first, had various offers for a authentic switch panel but again, I have the materials here to make a copy, need a bit of 6mm ply for the anti vibration plate, lets get it back and get all the gear laid out and have a look

From memory...
Got a few console repairs - have we got enough gel?
Yep, the 6mm ply and yacht varnish.
Switch panel.
Yam paint, I'm sure I have Yam prop paint.
Engine bolts and lock.
Fuel pipe? and connectors.
I've had a few more bits arrive that I'll post pics of later this weekend:
Boat hook
2 x Barrus tanks
Band new Yam prop but I think it's too small so may sell?
Power Steering that will need some tlc.

Well lads I've got it back. It's bloody lovely. Chris is a true gent. He's even bunged in a new pump. If anyone's got any of that flimsy polythene they use to cover cars I could do with some to cover this up
