Our 'baby' is growing up lovely, I'm looking forward to seeing her next year.

It's just awesome the generosity of the RibNet community - each and every one of you is a star! Hope you all have a really Merry Christmas, and a cracking new year.

Hi you lot, sorry if I've been a bit elusive this week, I've been moving a bit of work around so I'm all set to get on with the MacRib

I think most are going to Yarmouth tomorrow so I'll head over there but I want to test some props out first.

I've been working on a PDF document of the Round IOW 2013 which has been quite fun to do so that will be out soon

If Biff's free then we could start work again on the 18th & 19th Jan?

Guys, in all seriousness, new member MAAKATHRYN responded to the thread about Ergofit lifejacket servicing recently stating that she was a professional Marine PR person and Crewsaver were one of her clients....

Hello, I am the external PR agency contact for Crewsaver. Just to confirm the offer is completely genuine and to clarify, the offer is for a free Ergofit Lifejacket service for all Ergofit lifejacket customers.
If you have any trouble downloading the voucher, please send me an email on kathryn@marineadagency.com and I will arrange for Crewsaver to send you a voucher by post.

I think it would prove extrememly beneficial for (say) Alex (only because he's the one with the full story in his head) to contact this company and see if they're willing to make a donation of their time and 'contribute' some professional assistance getting the story out there. They purport to be the Marine PR experts so they should embrace the opportunity to get involved!

I agree Tony, one thing is for sure there's nowt to loose by asking and maybe a missed opportunity by not asking, I think you are right in saying it needs someone like Alex to ask who knows the full story, be a shame for someone to say the wrong thing and spoil the chance

I'll be going down on Sat for 9:30am but have to leave by about 4pm

I don't mind what time on Sunday but will try to get down there for 9:30 again unless the Biffers want a lay in
