RIB Advice

Ok, so I have an Old Zodiac 380 Futura, that is gread for quick river launches or "blow and go" at the beach, but I would like something a little bigger for next year ..

Size wise, I think anything bigger than 6 meters is going to be a waste, so Im looking at what is available in the 4 to 5 meter range, biggest engine I can get, for a family of 4 plus maybe a dog to have some fun .. Maybe tow an inflatable, do the Bournemouth Airshow / Isle of Wight, Thames seaforts etc

The Zodiac has nice big tubes and is quite wide, so something equally as wide would again be of preference, with nice big oversized tubes.

In the past, My Diver Cox training was on a Tornado 6m, which was great, but as most of it was taken up with a bottle rack and jocket seat, wasnt really ideal for family use

RIBase
Plenty of options in that range - and everyone will have their own thoughts.

I run a 6m Highfield Patrol, massive tubes, plenty of both deck and storage space along with a superb ride.

You'll see plenty of Ribcrafts in yoru size range too, they are will respected and well used by a range of people from leisure to pro.

Ribeye are pretty bomb proof too - lots of them in my neck of the woods along with Brigs which are giving some great looking offering.

Alot will depend on monies available and the sort fo age you're after. Any of the ones above would work well for what you're after.

Others love XS boats, and then you get Grand and teh likes of 3D Patrols (mine was superb) as options too.
