Extremely stupid Russians, hope they suffered some light form of injuries to learn that fishing with explosives is extremely dangerous and also kills in the way all nearby small, medium, big fish, harms forever seals, dolphins, birds, etc. Another stupid down here blew half of his arm by fishing with dynamite, hes' still doing so with his other arm, these assholes people never learn the lesson...

The guy that was talking about did not measurre the fatal consequences of his truly stupidity trying to fish with small dynamite cartridges blown at sea level, a fuse go wrong issue that will remember forever.

Definitely Not Happy Boating...
