Rib getting younger

This is my old Ribtec 535, I sold it over 2 years ago.
It appeared on ebay recently stating it was a year 2000, I contacted them and told them it was a 1995 hull and engine and provided them with the hull number as proof. I did add that as a dealer they should have known that . They removed the year description.
It's now on B&O with the same trade seller and once again is a year 2000, not impressed

I viewed that a month ago, with a view to buying it at £3,500. It wasn't quite as we were advised. So I left it. Seems a cheap little Rib for somebody though.

Yep, no issues regarding its general condition, so much so I expect that's why they've lopped 5 years off it's age!

Regardless of whether it is value for money or not, surely to sell it as a 2000 RIB when you know it is in fact a 1995 RIB is fraudulent.
